1. Informal Stage Contact: K.Meredith@fortisandsol.co.uk We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
2. Formal Stage Submit a written complaint. We will: - Acknowledge within 5 working days - Respond within 20 working days
3. Escalation CIOT https://www.tax.org.uk ICO https://ico.org.uk If unresolved, you may escalate to the appropriate regulatory body.
